The Blessed Buddha
said:
May all creatures, all breathing
things, all beings one and all, without
any
exception, experience good fortune only. May they not fall into any harm.

deceive another, or despise anyone anywhere, or through anger,
or irritation wish for another to suffer.
Sutta Nipāta I,

For one
who deliberately, and fully aware, develops Universal Friendliness,
seeing the fading away of clinging,

With good will for the
