An arahant. Ninety-one kappas ago he gave an amora-fruit to Vipassī Buddha (Ap.ii.447). The verses ascribed to him in the Apadāna are, in the Theragāthā Commentary, attributed to two monks, Isidatta (ThagA.ii.238) and Gotama (Ibid., i.256) (v.l. Amodaphaliya).
