Mentioned in the Atthasālinī (pp. 307-8), Buddhaghosa's Commentary on the Dhammasangani. The quotation given from it is: "ekam mahābhūtam upādāya pāsādo pathavidhātuyā tīhi mahābhūtehi susangahito Āpodhātuyā ca tejodhātuyā ca vāyodhātuyā ca."
